Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. SayWear reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at its discretion.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

In case of order cancellation by SayWear, any payment received will be processed as per applicable policies.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

SayWear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

SayWear follows a strict No Refund policy.

Replacement is allowed only within 3 days of delivery and only if the wrong product is received.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for replacement.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
