Return & Replacement Policy

At SayWear, every T-shirt is carefully printed, checked, and packed with attention to quality. Since our products are made with detailed designs and prints, we follow a no-refund policy. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.


Replacement Policy

We offer replacement within 3 days of delivery only in the following case:

Eligible for Replacement:
If you receive a wrong product (different size/design/item than what you ordered).

Conditions for Replacement:

To ensure fairness and transparency, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is opened.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • The shipping label
    • The product received
  • The issue must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

If the above conditions are not fulfilled, we will not be able to process a replacement.


Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

We request your understanding that replacement will not be provided in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video available
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Slight color or print variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error

How to Raise a Replacement Request

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Brief description of the issue
